ABOUT BOOKING APPOINTMENTS 

Your appointment time is valuable and has been reserved specifically for you.  Therefore, we politely ask that you adhere to the following.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 4 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked services.

Late Arrival: Arriving on time is necessary for us to professionally complete your services and remain on schedule.  We reserve the right to respectfully decline service to a client who is 10 or more minutes late.

Missed Appointment: Appointments that are missed (no call, no show) will be charged 100% of the booked service.
